Senior IT Buyer – Berlin Hybrid (m/f/d)

For a large company in the field of energy and infrastructure, we are looking for a strategic IT buyer (m/w/d) with sound experience in the IT environment. The position requires explicit expertise in strategic IT purchase and in EU tenders. Profiles without detectable IT shopping experience cannot be taken into account.

Independent preparation and implementation of national and EU-wide IT tenders Strategic coordination with the IT department Creation and negotiation of framework agreements Control of orders and contract processes in SAP Assessment of licensing models and IT procurement strategies Ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements

At least 2 years of experience in strategic IT purchasing Practice in EU-wide tenders Knowledge of procurement and contract law (including GWB, VgV, BGB, HGB) Experience with IT license models Very good SAP-MM and MS-Office skills
