Planning of the use of industrial employees and the introduction of necessary measures to implement and monitor them Care of the professional staff and customer care in all matters of the operational performance of the contractually agreed services Interface between the customer/contractor and the operational management of the branch Implementation of the personnel requirement determination, procurement and selection of the industrial employees in coordination with the management/subsidiary Creation, maintenance and control of service instructions and risk assessments Implementation and initiation of training and instruction in the handling of technical devices including the necessary success control Collection of the data required for wage billing Manufacture and maintenance of predefined quality standards Preventive fire protection and first aid in emergency

Certified protection and security (GSSK), service/protective power for protection and safety or higher quality Professional experience in a related field of activity Convincing and secure appearance to customers and employees Enforcement, Conflict and Communication Good handling shapes, high service orientation, ready-to-use and loadability Reliability, discretion and self-organization are of course for you Good knowledge of MS-Office driving licence class B
