Type of employment: Full time

You carry your station on your own and ensure a smooth service and cash flow from welcome to the guests' adoption. You advise guests competently on food and drinks, give recommendations and create special pleasure experiences. You coordinate your station in close coordination with the kitchen, service and bar and keep an overview even with high capacity. You serve food and drinks stylishly, prepare cocktails and drinks professionally and ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards. You take Mise en Place, cares for order and cleanliness and supports additional sales and economic work. You are working on new team members and enthusiastically as hosts with cordiality, creativity and professional experience.

REQUIREMENT & KNOW-HOW: You have already worked as a bartender (m/w/d) in the high-end environment and know you with classic cocktails, modern bar culture and high-quality spirits. TRAINING: An education in the restaurant or hotel area is ideal, but no need. You have fun dealing with guests, are open, cordial and know what You need, often before You say. QUALITY IN FOKUS: You work professionally, pay attention to details and ensure an all-round guest experience – from the bar to the service. RUHE & TEAMWORK: Even if it gets hectic, you stay relaxed, keep an overview and support your team at any time. SUPPORT & SPEAK: You are well-kept and sympathetic, enjoy your job behind the bar and speak well German, more languages are a plus.
