Sales and Pension Qualification Consultant (m/f/d)

You design, coordinate and optimize further training offers on precautionary and consulting topics for the distribution of the Württembergische – needs- and target-group-oriented. You accompany our specialist departments and sales units in creating controlled qualifications or digital learning content. You take over the planning, organisation and publication of further education and keep qualifications in the learning management system up-to-date. You accompany new learning concepts, support their introduction and ensure high quality throughout the entire training process.

You have sales competencies in the prevention and distribution of financial services. You have a successfully completed study or completed training in psychology, pedagogy, insurance or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in the design and implementation of educational formats – ideally in the insurance environment. You have pronounced conceptual skills, digital skills and variety of methods in didactic design. Communication strength, persuasiveness and the ability to take people with you are one of your outstanding features – both in the team and in sales. An independent, structured way of working with a high self-motivation characterises you. You think customer- and solution-oriented and ideally have practical experience in the distribution of precautionary products.
