You are responsible for managing our fleet at the Leipheim, Garching and Albstadt locations This includes the support of our drivers: in the daily course of work incl. Holiday planning and deployment planning as well as the daily deployment planning of trucks, semi-trailers and trailers You coordinate the technical maintenance of the fleet, assess investment applications and agree closely with the management As a contact person for controlling your area, you are responsible for the timely and precise processing of data for management and for controlling the monant financial result The invoice processing in the company's own billing system as well as the one of your varied areas of activity In addition, you will take over general activities such as the control of bills of charges, the preparation of travel bills or the processing of documents in case of damage

You have completed vocational training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You could already collect fleet experience with your own employees and therefore understand how to run a team Ideally, you already have knowledge in motor vehicles or Automotive and Air Freight Safety A high degree of solution orientation and an independent working method are of course for you You are an organizational talent and keeps a cool head even in hectic situations
