You will guide your 3-headed team at eye level in the future and you will continue to develop together. You conduct business analysis to prepare strategic management decisions. You are proposing a close exchange with the accounting system, particularly in the context of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. You improve and digitize our commercial processes and develop our controlling instruments. You are responsible for creating and managing the business plan for the entire company. You start nursing kit calculations and conduct pay negotiations with cost-beneficiaries.

You have a completed economic or health economic study or a comparable degree. You are ideally familiar with the controlling and the management of nursing kit negotiations and have appropriate expertise. You have a high IT affinity and experience in dealing with relevant planning software as well as with current MS Office programs.
