In this role, you are the central interface for the management of the construction department and ensure that projects are efficiently and transparently controlled. Efficient meeting organization: You prepare meetings before and after, make sure that all relevant information is available and document results for clear tracking. Data management & analysis: building and maintaining databases, in particular cost databases. You interpret the collected data and guide action recommendations. Project support: Creating presentations in PowerPoint, tracking tasks and appointments as well as support in managing ongoing projects. Cost and knowledge management: You manage the cost and knowledge database and make sure that all the information is up-to-date and structured. Development to the project taxer: step by step incorporation into the role of the project taxer in order to accompany and control projects independently of the perspective.

Education: Complete Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Language knowledge: German fluent, English very good in word and writing IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; Experience in handling databases of advantage Analytical skills: High affinity for numbers and data, structured and solution-oriented working Soft Skills: organizational talent, communication strength, team orientation and willingness to take responsibility
