Head of Construction (m/w/d)

Management and monitoring of construction projects Leadership and further development of the design team Continuous development of the processes and systems of construction Planning and monitoring of approval tests for new parts and products Participation in the creation and release of technical documentation Ensuring the time, quality and cost-oriented implementation of the design tasks Development of the design for cost-optimized designs Introduction and use of modern technologies, in particular AI-based applications, in design and product development Close cooperation and coordination with other technical areas (cutting and assembly) and technical support for sales

Successfully completed study of mechanical engineering At least eight years of professional experience in construction Project management and leadership experience Solution and cost-oriented, as well as independent, analytical, structured and cross-disciplinary procedures Good knowledge of 3D CAD systems Ability to guide and motivate employees readiness and good English skills High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
