You take on the professional and personal responsibility for our youth assistance association with about 450 employees You are responsible for personnel selection, personnel management and personnel development in this area You drive forward the strategic and conceptual further development of our youth assistance offerings and actively implement the quality standards of the Pauline Care You represent the Youth Assistance Association in bodies and specialist committees within and outside the institution as well as with the relevant institutions, in particular youth offices, KVJS and the public You take on readiness

A completed study of social education or a comparable study as well as an additional qualification in economics or social management Multiannual management experience and professional experience in as diverse areas of action as possible for children and youth assistance The ability to reconcile technical and educational with economic conditions A good understanding of quality standards, processes and employee management
