For our land management at the Berlin site in full or part-time as Projektmanager (m/w/div)

They undertake analysis and planning of our areas in order to ensure that the real estate is used in accordance with requirements and optimally. To do this, you will take the following activities: Analysis, quality assurance and optimization of the surface data of the DRV Bund Advice, coordination and support of users Development of tailor-made and optimized usage and area concepts taking into account customer requirements and existing guidelines (according to RBBau) Support for internal projects and policy issues of land management Since property is also maintained throughout the country, the activity is linked to separate, well-planned service trips.

With your experience in area management, you are ready to take a role with high expertise and see yourself as a Sparring partner*in for your management and team. Numbers, data and IT systems are the foundation for implementing your solution-oriented and sustainable area strategy, in which you always keep in mind the needs of the customers. In addition, you have: A completed university education (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in a task-related field Multiannual professional experience in area management, well-founded expertise in the field of tasks and an independent operation Communication and advisory strength and joy in dealing with customers A basic IT affinity, ideally paired with CAFM and CAD skills Experiences in the application of the RBBau are advantageous
