Team Leader Quality Engineering (m/f/d)

In doing so, you connect leadership with operational and strategic quality work and proactively shape improvements: You guide our team of quality engineers (d/m/w) professionally and give orientation and security in decisions. You develop processes and structures and strengthen cooperation with adjacent areas. You actively promote continuous improvements - from analysis to effectiveness testing in the PDCA cycle. You use modern quality techniques in preventive quality planning and develop technical quality concepts. You systematically analyze non-conformities, guide appropriate measures and ensure sustainable solutions for our internal and external customers. You actively shape our material group management and take responsibility for effective supplier quality management. You take shopping complaints and care for clean cause analysis and resilient solutions. You plan, coordinate and guide internal and supplier audits including action tracking. You participate in the continuous development of business process management.

For the position, you have the following knowledge and experiences: You have a completed economic or engineering degree or a technical training with business knowledge. You have a qualification in quality and ideally have a qualification as an internal and/or supplier auditor. You bring ready-to-use knowledge in modern quality techniques. You have several years of professional experience in quality management and/or quality assurance, ideally in mechanical engineering or semiconductor environment. You have already gained several years of experience in the professional leadership of smaller teams. You work analytically, structured and with a pronounced quality awareness. You think customer-oriented and trade solution-oriented. You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level. You have very good English skills and ideally have experience with international customers. You work with MS Office 365 and ideally with an ERP system.
