EVERYTHINGS Hotel professionals are all-rounders who master the work in the different areas of a host company. The core task is reservation and reception. You are also thoroughly trained in the Food & Beverage area (service and kitchen), in housekeeping (design and care of rooms), in goods management and marketing. So Hofas see the interfaces between the departments and ensure that the quality is right everywhere. Professional communication with the guests is like a red thread through all activities, whether in the personal sales or consultation, at check-in or via digital channels.
