You (m/w/d) are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the group “Operation 2”. According to the company's requirements, e.g. the management principles, the work guidelines, the tariff regulations and the ARB as well as the authorized powers, your activity includes the following main tasks: Take over the professional, disciplinary and organizational responsibility for a group of approx. 13-15 employees in customer and material processing Conducting regular group meetings, employee talks and professional feedback Examination and approval of random/competence releases Support and support for the recruitment of new employees (preparatory talks, incorporation, assessment) and systematic training Responsibility for operational management in day-to-day business taking into account service levels and KPIs performing a code number control at group level (e.g. telephone calls, residue, processing numbers, throughput times etc.) Optimization of work processes for cost reduction and quality improvement Contact person for escalation in the context of complaints and questions of principle Takeover of special tasks on instructions of the superior

You have a completed training in the insurance sector, ideally as a merchant/buyer for insurance and financial investments and have legal protection through relevant professional experience. At best, you already have a training as a specialist for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have at least 2 – 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable position and live guidance at eye level. You have the ability to identify and deliver pragmatic solutions for precise analysis and assessment of facts. You have a pronounced ability to argument and persuasiveness as well as an act of negotiation. A quick understanding as well as a responsible, structured and result-oriented way of working are further strengths of your person.
