Your role

Are you ready to help shape the future? We are looking for creative minds, passionate designers, customer scouts, mindsets and real team players. As a production master (m/w/x) in the optics sector, you ensure that everything is running around and production is done on time and in top quality. You lead a team of around 15 employees in optical production and are responsible for a production area in 3-shift operation

You support your employees in their development and ensure a clear, value-adding communication in the team

You ensure a time, quality and cost-oriented production

You monitor the production characteristics of your area, guide measures to stabilise if necessary and have great scope for design in developing the processes

You analyze production processes and identify potentials to increase efficiency

You are driving improvement measures in the sense of lean management and continuous improvement

You ensure that information and requirements between the areas are properly coordinated

Complete technical or optical vocational training Master qualification or a comparable further development of advantage

Multiannual experience in industrial manufacturing, ideal in the field of optics or precision mechanics

Experience in the leadership of employees

Structured mode of operation and pronounced communication and team capacity

Knowledge of lean methods or continuous improvement are advantageous
