EVENTS BY PACE as a group-owned event agency, with over 600 events each year, aims to stage the diverse and increasingly digital media brands effectively and sustainably. This begins with the conceptual approach, includes invitation and guest management as well and goes through the experienced and targeted organization to a successful implementation – nationally and internationally. Whether award, gala, workshop, party, conference, trade fair appearance or promotion – whether live or digital. Event management is our passion, regardless of the format. You care, optimise and regularly monitor our social media channels. You are creative and develop new ideas, content and contributions for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). You agree with the editorial team and start a editorial plan. You create and edit high-quality content (photos & videos including editing & texts). You increase the awareness of our brand and contribute significantly to the employee branding strategy. You like to work with new tools and have worked with a video editing program in the ideal case.

You are a student: in the field of communication, language or media science, marketing, PR or a comparable degree course and are still immatriculated for at least one year. You've already gained first experience in supporting social media accounts and creating content? Write it in your letter of motivation! You're a creative mind and you know how to make your posts appealing. You write well, like and convince with your tonality, your attention to detail does not miss any typing and spelling errors. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have good MS Office skills.

At PACE you expect: Your fee: You will get an hourly wage of EUR 16,00 gross for a maximum of 20 hours a week. Our location: The publishing house and the Axel-Springer-Neubau are located in the centre of Berlin. This means for you, we are easily accessible – whether by car, train or bicycle.
