Your duties You ensure a structured and professional practice with a clear focus on the needs of patients and help them to feel well-attended and competent at any time. You take over the professional and organizational leadership of the practical team, promote their further development and act as a central interface for employees, doctors and external partners. You organise the use of personnel taking into account holiday and representation plans and ensure a smooth running of everyday practice. You are responsible for the efficient control and continuous improvement of appointment management across all channels and keep in mind utilisation and processes. You provide complete and structured documentation of all services and the careful care of the patient files. You ensure compliance with all relevant legal provisions and hygiene and quality standards and promote the continuous optimization of the practice processes.
