You are project manager (m/w/d) for all construction projects in our real estate stock. Check the dates and quality of the work to be carried out and keep the costs in mind Interface function to our specialist departments, external specialist planners, and our branches Support and development of the Europe-wide network Date and quality control Cost and contract management Warranty management, incl. final visits to the end of the warranty

You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering or facility management or a technical training with a corresponding additional qualification (e.g. FM specialist, construction technician, architect, civil engineer) You have already been able to gather relevant professional experience in the project management and have supervised construction projects You bring knowledge in project management and are safe in handling MS Office applications You count reliability, sense of responsibility and team skills among your strengths Safe handling of German and English language in word and writing complete your profile
