You are characterized by:

• training as a specialist (system integration) or similar, completed computer science studies or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in IT
• very good knowledge of end-user hardware such as laptops, phones and desktops
• Advantage: extensive knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and VDI as well as terminal-based systems and Desktop Central
• good knowledge of German and English

• develop support requests in cooperation with internal IT teams, other business departments and external service providers
• first report and analysis of trends, recommendations, conclusions and progress documentation
• Works at Helpdesk IT-Service Management First Level Support and Second Level Support and Processes Customer Requests
• perform detailed documentation and provide technical expertise for analysis, problem treatment and response to technical problems
• Identifies proactive improvements in the support process
• repair software and images for desktops and VDIs and restore them
• works with IT projects and supports mobile phones
