Strategic and conceptual development of the partner workshop network (basic for the successful implementation of our damage management strategy) Conception, preparation and moderation of annual discussions and the workshop council Creation of concepts for converting uncontrolled into controlled business Analyzing, structuring, concepting issues in the damage management environment Addressee-oriented preparation of decision templates Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Completed Business Studies or alternatively a Business Training in the Automotive or Insurance Industry (w/m/d) Multiannual, relevant professional experience, ideally in business consulting Alternatively in an analytically shaped line function (e.g. strategy, controlling, business development) Experience in the independent structuring of complex problems deriving analyses and developing clear, feasible recommendations for action Ability to prepare content on top management levels concise, structured and addressable (e.g. presentations, decision documents)
