You can do this with us:

• Use at the reception of a large food manufacturer
• Implementation of access and identification checks for visitors
• Exhibition of visitor IDs as well as information from employees about arriving visitors
• Contributing incoming calls, providing information and forwarding to the relevant contact persons
• Administration and preparation of conference rooms
• Use in late shift from 14:00 to 19:00
• Activity in the team with flexible distribution of hours per week/month

• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Immigrant German language skills in word and writing
• Basic knowledge of English
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Reliability and organisational skills
