KI-Experte / AI Solution Architect (m/w/d) You will receive a temporary employment contract for 2 years with a very high chance of a further permanent employment contract. Location: Dornstadt Start date: now Working contract: Full time Order: limited for 2 years

Analysis & Conception: You analyze existing business processes as well as current applications critically and identify potentials where Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML) or generative AI can optimize, automate or improve the working flow. Data Preparation & Engineering: A key success factor for AI is good data. You are responsible for cleaning, structuring existing business data and preparing them to be used productively and safely by AI models. Technical & technical support for implementation: You not only support our development department, but also actively in implementing AI solutions. For technical feasibility, you ensure that the solutions meet the requirements. Training & Knowledge Transfer: As an internal expert, you train your colleagues in handling AI tools and methods. You create awareness of the possibilities, but also the boundaries of AI, and promote digital competence throughout the company. Central contact person: You are the first contact point for all AI-relevant questions in the house. From the idea forging to the technical realization, you accompany the employees in their AI use.

You have a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Data Engineering. You have well-founded knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and their integration (e.g. RAG architectures, Prompt Engineering). You bring experience with classic ML algorithms and models. You have practical experience in data cleaning, feature engineering as well as managing databases and cloud services. You master Python safely and routined, knowledge in SQL and C# are beneficial. You can explain complex technical issues easily and understandably to strange employees. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
