Leadership: Disciplinary, professional and business management of the group Employee development: Continuous promotion of employees Software operation: further development and productive operation of the Guidewire standard software for damage processing Software strategy: Strategic orientation for the current and future use of the software AI use: Promoting the efficient and responsible use of AI-based tools in software development Application architecture: Design of application architecture and application design in coordination with the IT architecture
