• They are part of an existing team of about 15 people who have been working together for several years and are responsible for the requirement management as well as the field-side support of the system and system users. In addition, further approx. 25-30 persons from other departments and (IT) service providers with system development and system operation

• The activity can mainly be done remotely, with presence on site for certain meetings on average 1-2 days/month

  Your tasks:

• Requirements: You agree to requirements for system development and system operation in relation to the Redispatch 2.0 processes with different stakeholders, including control points, operating management customers, IT department and commissioned (IT) service providers

• Implementation of new requirements: They design, structure and drive the implementation of new requirements, such as the further development of system monitoring and test environments incl. Interfaces, network calculation processes for predicting and eliminating network bottlenecks and the creation of Business Continuity Plans. In doing so, you coordinate the necessary activities and take part of them independently

• Integration and information security: They take care of the integration of new network security management processes and systems into ISMS and define requirements for system operation from the perspective of information security

• Documentation and training: They prepare technical concept descriptions and technical documentation, prepare data and improve their quality, as well as prepare tests and trainings and perform these through

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed master's degree in engineering in the field of electrical and information technology, industrial engineering or comparable
• Very good knowledge in the field of network management/network security management and especially in relation to the Redispatch 2.0 processes, ideally also in relation to network models and network calculations
• Multiannual project experience in the network operator environment, optimally in the field of development and operation of IT/OT systems
• Ideally experience in information security management and/or business continuity management
• High level of initiative, flexibility and the ability to work independently and independently
