Your tasks:**

• Operational support of our logistics management in the daily business
• preparation, preparation and control of shipping and forwarding documents
• Registration and coordination with forwarding and transport service providers
• Processing and tracking of complaints and transport damage
• Communication with forwarders, drivers and internal departments
• Support in coordination of daily shipping operations
• Participation in the optimization and digitization of existing processes

Your profile:**

• Completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or comparable commercial training in logistics
• Professional experience in shipping, forwarding or logistics
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
• organisational skills and good communication skills
• Hands-on mentality and pleasure in operational processes
• Secure handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP or logistics systems
• Loadability and the ability to keep track of stressful situations
