In this role, you will be responsible for driving and further developing our central controlling landscape, ensuring transparency around Head Office costs, allocations, and Group-wide reporting processes. Combining analytical thinking with a proactive mindset, you will help strengthen our financial governance while engaging to the transformation and simplification of our finance organization.

How you'll make an impact

Lead the transformation of central Group processes and Executive Management with a clear roadmap for the continuous improvement of reporting structures Take full ownership of the planning, controlling, and reporting of all central activities including Group Charges, Head Office cost controlling, and Management Fee allocations Contribute to the Group's strategic objectives by establishing and maintaining a robust cost controlling framework that provides transparency across the UK and European markets Strengthen cost center allocation methodologies and drive the harmonisation of management reporting across Group entities Lead productivity initiatives and support cost optimization efforts in close collaboration with local Industries and business stakeholders Coordinate close with Group Accounting and local Finance teams to ensure high data quality and consistency across reporting systems Drive simplification and digitalization initiatives by promoting agile ways of working and reducing process complexity

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in Accounting or FP&A within an international environment Several years of relevant experience within Insurance / Financial Services Hands-on mentality with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Ability to adapt quickly to change and contribute new ideas and perspectives Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and management levels Safe handling of MS-Office products and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Fluent in English, both written and spoken, additional foreign languages are a plus
