Since 2009, the OGS and school guidance have also been one of our tasks. The aim is to ensure the best possible participation for children, young people and young adults in order to lay the foundation for self-determination and fulfillment. We are therefore looking for the Department of Children, Youth and Family at the next possible time for the OGS and School Support team.

Your duties • Support for the "Children and Youth Assistance" department • Coordination in the OGS and school management team • Supporting our OGS and school guidance staff • Bringing together suitable candidates and children • Cooperation with partner institutions and services such as offices and schools • Contact to complementary aids • Developing cooperation with children and young people • Participation in family visits, network meetings and crisis intervention • Preparation and participation in assistance planning

Your profile: • Pedagogical specialist, if necessary completed, in e.g. social education, education or a comparable qualification • Experiences in dealing with social, emotional and physical impairments • Funded knowledge in SGB VIII and SGB IX as well as safe handling of official formalities • Proven competences in counselling methods and crisis intervention techniques • Experience in the collection and maintenance of master and case data • Secure use of MS Office applications and other IT solutions • Organisational capacity and a structured and independent working • Creative and flexible approach to problems • Embossed perseverance as well as the ability to deal professionally with different expectations • Emphatical appearance and joy in dealing with young people and parents • Driving class B (3) and own cars of advantage
