Store Manager (m/f/d)

You independently conduct a modern consumer market with a VK area of about 1,800 sqm. You are responsible for a sales-oriented product disposition. You implement quality management and ensure competent advice and a courtesy service for our customers. You convince by targeted and sales-promoting goods presentation at the POS. You are responsible for sales, cost and inventory development. You lead and motivate our employees and are responsible for the needs-oriented deployment planning. You are responsible for compliance with statutory and operational regulations.

You have completed training as a merchant or in a comparable area, preferably in food retail. You also have a multiannual professional experience as market leader, branch manager, house manager or in a leading position in trade. You are characterized by a high customer and service orientation as well as a responsible work effort. You can rely on sound knowledge in the general economy. You convince by a high degree of leadership skills and work problem-solving and result-oriented. You convince by a strong team and communication skills. You are also an organizational institution. You control a safe handling of the common Microsoft Office applications.
