Project Management Architecture/Construction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the development, planning and implementation of larger and smaller construction and infrastructure projects across the site – together with the project management technical building equipment (TGA) and the area management stadium organization & infrastructure You take over tasks of the builder function, in particular the project definition, demand and target clarification as well as the control of the early project phases. For smaller construction measures, you will create concepts, drafts and basis of decision. You coordinate and control external planning offices, specialist engineers and execution companies in larger projects. You coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure a structured coordination of all the participating departments. You are also responsible for the budget planning, control and optimization of the construction projects. You participate in the negotiation and the conclusion of contracts with service providers and suppliers. You monitor and control dates, costs and quality across all project phases. Together with the project management TGA, you are responsible for the acceptance, transfer and commissioning of the completed construction measures You will ensure complete and proper documentation of inventory documents and construction measures.

You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction project management, real estate management or a comparable qualification. You have experience in planning, controlling or implementing construction and/or infrastructure projects. You bring experience in cooperation with architects, specialist planners, construction companies and other project participants. You have security in handling project budgets as well as managing dates, costs and qualities. You have knowledge of the relevant rules and processes in construction project management (e.g. HOAI, VOB, procurement procedures) You have experience in dealing with digital planning and project management tools, ideally with BIM-based methods. You like to work independently, actively promote projects and understand how to combine different interests. You draw from a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working You have a strong communication capability and a secure and binding occurrence in voting and negotiation situations.
