What you will do In order to support our team in production/packaging, we are looking for a mechatronic (m/w/d) for the interchangeable layer (spring and late).

This position is located in our production site in Wuppertal.

Our team in production/packaging is mainly responsible for the repair, adjustment and maintenance of technical equipment at the Wuppertal plant. These include the above-mentioned machines, box fiber systems, as well as cremation/cards, fiber processing systems and all packaging systems.

Main tasks • Ensuring and complying with safety and environmental standards, compliance and further development of standards (parameters, settings, procedures) to achieve qualitative and quantitative specifications • Ensuring and reviewing quality policies by adhering to the rules and questions of the actual state in order to identify, analyze and actively implement potential improvements • Elimination of disruptions to production facilities at machine standstills and quality defects using continuous improvement methods (error analysis, data evaluation, standards) • Documentation of activities in maintenance and repair documents •Initiation/guide of meetings on structured problem solving in technical problems •Deleting the employees of the production area during the break times and guiding the quality documentation/processes at the plants • Implementation of own, local projects, as well as production experiments •Examination of spare parts consumption and withdrawals to identify cost reduction potentials • Cleaning of the work area and maintenance of equipment and equipment • Implementation and support in new product or process applications •Escalation of material problems and subsequent solution finding in cooperation with other specialist departments, such as quality, technology and maintenance

Required technical skills: (m/w/d), Schlosser or similar training • First experience in a production plant • PC identifiers (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MESQDAT, Maximo, Verso, SAP) • Lean and performance management tools • understanding, reading, analyzing and prioritizing data and technical drawings, and setting the machines according to standards
