In your role, you take responsibility for repairs and modernization in shipbuilding. They are responsible for the commercial and technical execution of orders from complex contracts with national and international customers. They act as contact persons for the customer and carry out contract analyses and the development of problem-solving suggestions. They cooperate in the negotiations with the respective suppliers. You monitor the time, cost and quality management of orders including Monitoring the implementation of customer requirements. They are responsible for risk management including the presentation, introduction and implementation of measures.

They bring a completed technical or economic study or an equivalent qualification with corresponding professional experience. From your previous activity, you have applied knowledge of the methods of project management and ideally have an IPMA Level C training. Your independent and structured way of working, your strong sense of responsibility and your ability to lead and inspire others, you are characterized. Your organizational skills and your analytical thinking are targeted to achieve common goals. In doing so, you will focus on the right balance between enforcement and cooperation. Your profile is rounded off by fluent English skills and a secure handling of relevant IT tools such as MS Office and SAP.
