The Career Center & Alumni Management at the Forschungszentrum JÃ1⁄4lich supports young scientists to deal early with career prospects and develop individual career paths. At the same time, we accompany the transition from the research centre and remain in contact with Alumni, former colleagues. If you stimulate the tasks of the Career Center and Alumni Management and you like to take responsibility, you are right with us. Evaluation and summary of data on the career paths of former employees, i.e. our alumni. This data is to be summarized later in a publication Project work on various topics, such as surveys and mentoring Support in organizing events and network formats – online and in presence – from planning to evaluation Editorial cooperation on content for newsletters, website and social media Working with the systematic Career Tracking and expanding our Alumni network Support in the preparation of reports and simple data analyses

You are in the bachelor's programme or in the first semesters of a master's programme – e.g. in psychology, social sciences or economics or in MINT subjects You like to organize, work structured and reliable Your internship should take at least three months, best half a year You bring digital affinity and know yourself well with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint You can express yourself very well in writing and oral – in German and English You value change in your working day and keep an overview thanks to your independent working and organizational skills You have fun on the closely linked teamwork First practical experiences, e.g. through internships or other side jobs, are welcome
