Our district heating network is the largest Western Europe with a length of more than 2,000 kilometres. We supply about one third of the Berlin households with heat. With the know-how of our 2,200 employees, we cover the entire value chain of district heating – from production to grid operation and expansion to distribution. At high pressure, we work at the coal exit until 2030 and at climate-neutral production from 2045. In this way, we support the Land of Berlin significantly when reaching its climate targets. On the way to this we want to realize a higher proportion of renewable energies and waste heat. To do this, we need to redesign many of our sites and facilities. For the BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH, we are looking for you as a specialist at the next possible time: in occupational retirement in permanent employment at the Berlin site. After an incorporation, the activity can be carried out 100% in telework. You are burning for occupational retirement (bAV) and want to actively contribute to ensuring that employees receive their well-deserved pensions transparently and safely? Then become part of our dynamic staff service team and bring your expertise fully into the bAV administration! Your tasks Analysis & Calculation: You provide individual services at the end of the employment relationship and coordinate the smooth transition to retirement – always based on current legal requirements and our internal guidelines. Social security: You answer complex questions about social security related to bAV, but also labour law issues. Public communication: You process requests from family courts (supply compensation), pension insurance companies, health insurance companies and other insurance companies competently and on time. bAV-Administration: You control the complete bAV-Administration, protect data conscientiously in SAP and other HR systems and ensure transparent and comprehensible processes. Communication & Consulting: As a central contact person for internal stakeholders and external service providers, you answer all questions about occupational pensions competently and solution-oriented. Detection & Documentation: You are the first to provide proof of contribution and performance during the waiting period and to ensure complete documentation. Regulatory compliance: You are monitoring legal and internal changes, assessing their impact on our bAV and developing innovative measures and processes – always in line with compliance and legal certainty. Supply Management: You will check the outrage at exit, activate infallible claims, and you will be responsible for adjusting the benefits during the performance phase. Rest and Survivors: You are responsible for the annual rest allowance adjustment and the processing of deaths as well as survivor's claims including the associated correspondence. Special Tasks & Administration: You support administrative activities and special projects with commitment and flexibility.

You have a state-approved commercial training. You motivate and inspire. You're positive about changes. You are flexible and resilient. You have a strong conscience and accuracy. You combine your own initiative and team skills. You have several years of professional experience in the field of staff, especially in occupational pensions. You have good knowledge of social security law You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP HCM You have pronounced communicative skills in word and writing, Germanlevel C2 is indispensable.
