Takeover of technical responsibility for Plant Technology (Head of Plant Technology) in a responsible position Head of current projects and continuous improvement of plant availability and efficiency Leadership and further development of a strong, own team (14 MA) Change management and continuous development of the department Ensuring a safe and regular plant operation according to the Industrial Safety Regulation, Federal Immission Protection Act, Disturbance Ordinance and Water Budget Act Expansion of preventive maintenance and development of strategies to optimise the error reserve Selection and implementation of new technologies in the field of digitalization and sustainable, resource-saving technology Control of operational maintenance in the areas of E-MSR and Mechanics and the technological process analyses Development and implementation of strategies to optimize plant performance and availability Initiation and control of investment projects for the further development of the plants

Complete university studies (e.g. Dipl.-Ing./Master) in e.g. process engineering, automation technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in a management position with personnel responsibility in plant or maintenance management Knowledge of automation and control systems (PLS/bus systems) and explosion protection Experience in project management and environmental and energy management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) Analytical thinking, conceptual skills and resilience flowing English skills in word and writing Willingness to actively shape changes and to go new ways in the team
