Consulting the top management of leading Rail OEM and Supplier in strategy development and implementation, e.g. in the field of modularization and digitization Implementation of transformation and efficiency programs along the value chain Optimization of products, processes and structures, e.g. in the reduction of production costs for a new generation of vehicles Responsibility for subprojects including outcome presentation Implementation of own ideas, e.g. to further develop our performance portfolio

Master's degree in (economic)engineering, BWL or in a comparable degree course Multiannual experience in the railway industry with focus on rolling material or infrastructure technology (Industry or consulting) Experience in implementing challenging projects – always with a clear view of the impact, efficiency and innovation Cooperation in the team and with clients at eye level with simultaneous sovereign appearance, empathy and design will Strategic thinking, analytical sharpness and entrepreneurial drive Safe communication in German and English Flexibility and readiness to travel
