• Operation of chain excavators, thrusters, wheel loaders, roller trains and dumpers – partly with GPS control

• Over-regional/assembly operations on demolition, refurbishment and landfill sites

• Support in the organisation and coordination of workflows with a view to subsequent management tasks

• Participation in targeted training and training measures – we take over the costs

• Practical promotion by experienced colleagues who accompany you on your way

• Perspective: Own leadership of a construction site team and acquisition of pre-workers after successful qualification

• Ideally a completed training as a construction engineer (m/w/d) or relevant, multi-year professional experience

• Motivation for personal development and takeover of leadership responsibility

• Ready to participate in training and further training for the pre-worker (m/w/d)
