Digital Process Manager (m/f/d)

In close partnership with the savings banks, cooperative banks and private banks, we make a significant contribution to strengthening the Saarland central bank with loans, investments and guarantees. As a Landesförderunginstitut, we work here in constructive dialogue with our commercial customers, founders and successors. In addition, we are competent contact persons for all questions concerning the promotion of housing. In order to fulfill our support tasks effectively, efficiently and customer-oriented in the future, we want to develop and rethink our processes in a targeted manner. We are looking for you as Digital Process Manager (m/w/d). In this newly created role, you shape the further development of our business processes together with departments and in close cooperation with the Executive Board. You have the opportunity to create real impact and actively contribute to the operation of a conveyor bank.

Process analysis: Systematic recording and analysis of all internal and external business processes Conception of new processes: development and design of efficient and customer-oriented processes taking into account regulatory requirements Interface management: Analysis and optimization of interfaces between different departments, systems and home banks Identification of digitalization potentials: recognition and evaluation of possibilities for digitization of manual or paper-based processes Introduction of technological solutions: cooperation in the selection and introduction of IT systems and digital tools for process support Requirements Management: Development and formulation of technical and technical requirements for IT systems Project management and implementation Trend observation: Observing current developments in the field of digitalisation in the banking sector and introducing innovative impulses

Complete university studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable degree programme Additional qualification in process management or project management is helpful First practical experience in process management within the banking sector, ideally a support bank or similar structures Practical experience in working with digitization projects, especially in the introduction of new technologies First experience in the analysis, design and implementation of both internal and external business processes Understanding digitalization trends and their application in the banking environment Good knowledge of bank processes and regulatory frameworks are advantageous Analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to grasp and structure complex facts Sovereign appearance, empathy and persuasiveness in the handling of resistance in change processes
