Product Manager Back-Office Development (m/f/d)

You develop specialist concepts and processes for market success on the basis of regulatory and business requirements - from the acquisition in the field to the finished user story for the development team You accompany the implementation of new features in close cooperation with the IT team, external partners and management and test the software before the Go level You analyze data flows, interfaces and APIs of external systems and ensure that data arrive in our system architecture completely, correctly and in time You identify potentials for the use of AI and automation and develop innovative use cases together with the specialist areas - from idea to productive operation You bring your own ideas to continuously improve products, processes and systems, and take early responsibility for your own topics

You have a successfully completed university degree with technical and economic orientation (economic informatics, industrial engineering, technical BWL o. A.) You bring first professional experience in (technical) product management, in business/IT analysis or in requirement and stakeholder management - ideally from a data-driven tech environment You work safely with data: SQL identifiers as well as an understanding of data models, interfaces (APIs) and processes characterize you; Experience with Data Engineering, Data Science or AI/LLM applications is a plus You are analytic, work structured and solution-oriented, bringing a pronounced hand-on mentality and joy in agile teamwork with you You communicate convincingly with specialist, IT and management and have very good German and good English skills in word and writing
