STRABAG Rail GmbH is an international railway company and part of the STRABAG SE Group. Thanks to its more than 100 years of experience, it gives valuable impetus in the planning of railway construction projects and sets qualitative standards in the construction design. You carry out assisting and administrative tasks to support the project management - during the refurbishment of the Berlin-Hamburg railway - in the following areas: Project planning and management: development and monitoring of project plans taking into account dates, budget and resources Coordination of the construction processes: Control and coordination of all structures involved in the project (including engineers, construction companies and suppliers) Communication with clients and authorities: Ensuring clear communication Safety and quality management: Responsibility for compliance with all safety guidelines, standards and quality requirements at the construction site Cost control and budget management: monitoring project costs and compliance with the budget; Initiation of corrective measures for deviations Documentation and reporting: Creating and maintaining project documents and regular status reports Planning and control of the progress of construction: monitoring of the construction schedule and ensuring timely progress Last but not least, the general correspondence, data management and project-related special tasks are part of your varied task area From the outset, you will be given a high degree of self-responsibility so that you can develop both professionally and personally.
