Are you looking for a practical place for your PIA training with real added value? We offer you a well-founded and versatile training in the stationary area. In our housing groups you accompany children and young people from 3 to 18 years of age in everyday life – with a dedicated team on your side. We promote your professional development, give you room to grow and look forward to your perspective! You accompany children and young people in different stages of life. You help them develop self-confidence, take responsibility and experience community. You create creative and everyday offers that make fun, raise curiosity and encourage learning. You learn to identify, assess and act professionally. Together with your team, you plan projects, accompany leisure activities and contribute to a safe, value-adding and loving environment. You always pay attention to the conscientious implementation of child protection and care protection.

You are happy to accompany, promote and support children and young people on their way. You encounter other people with openness, empathy and respect. You're reliable, responsible, and you're taking heart and mind to your team. You can put yourself well into others and stay calm and reflected in challenging situations. You are curious about new things and you want to get to know educational work in different areas.
