Professional and service-oriented responsibility of the telephone center Reception and care of our guests Coordination of meeting rooms General administrative and organizational tasks such as editing input mail, issue of key cards, screen announcements, editing of mailboxes Order acceptance and processing Takeover of subprojects from various fields

completed commercial training or alternatively first professional experience in a gas-torientated service establishment Good knowledge of English Good knowledge of current MS Office programs High level of commitment, organizational talent, discretion and kindness as well as a sovereign occurrence Embossed communication strength and service orientation Team-oriented operation and reliability
