You win matching talents, professionally engage them across all phases of the application process and create sustainable added value for both sides Depending on different requirements, you will create meaningful candidate profiles and appealing job advertisements You also have administrative control of applicant management and keeps sent profiles proactive to the customer Close customer relationships are maintained and developed by you You accompany our applicants from initial contact to customer presentation to contract signing During the entire service life, you are a valuable and supportive contact person for employees and customers You report directly to the branch manager

Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience Experience in the service-oriented and sales environment First knowledge in interview techniques and selection procedures Safe handling of applicant management systems desirable first practical experience in recruiting, like from staff placement or advice Basic familiarity with labour law principles Secure knowledge of German in Word and Writing (Language & Grammar) Desirably a license class B
