Development and updating of a comprehensive customer data & marketing technology roadmap for MarCom derivation and prioritization of thematic and cross-system use cases and development of standards and best practices Operational cooperation in coordinated, strategically prioritized projects based on the roadmap of the MarCom teams. Advice and enablement of the relevant topic Owner in data-driven use cases Close coordination with IT, enterprise architecture, data protection and external partners Priority of data-driven initiatives in coordination with teams, team leaders of the MarCom
