Presence Trainer Sales (m/f/d)

Our team brings knowledge directly into practice: We carry out varied trainings, trainings and coaching at our specialist retailers on site and continuously develop our training concepts. Our focus is on qualifying our partners in a targeted manner, strengthening their sales competence and inspiring them in a sustainable manner for the joint success. Your future tasks: You participate in the development and creation of varied training and training for our partners and employees. You carry out presence training, training and coaching directly with our local partners and inspire the participants with your authentic way. You carry out webinars and online trainings in situ and understand how to ensure interaction and learning success digitally. You work closely with our cooperation partners and the internal specialist departments and successfully bring together different perspectives. You accompany our technicians on their missions and actively support them in successfully implementing the guarantee market in practice. You make sure that workout contents are not only understood, but are arriving in a sustainable manner in everyday work. You opt for training concepts and adapt them flexibly to different target groups and situations.

You will show up convincingly and safely and you can inspire and motivate people for topics. You give constructive and appreciation feedback and have a good feeling for different personalities and group dynamics. You master modern training methods as well as sales and coaching techniques. You are happy to perceive group processes, actively control and create a positive learning atmosphere. You have a strong sense of learning success and understand how to transfer training content to practice in a sustainable manner. You are safe to use common office and communication tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS teams as well as ideally with SMART, Zoom and modern AI tools. You are flexible, mobile and bring a high readiness to travel. You have no problem with being used occasionally outside the usual office hours or on weekends – for example at trade fairs or central events.
