This is what awaits you:

Being very close to the customer and achieving success together. You are the contact person in the project environment, both during and after successful system implementation.

• Your focus will be on the MOBILE-PLAN planning and data management system, the MOBILE-PERDIS MRP system or the MOBILE-DMS MRP management system
• You identify and specify new requirements on the customer's side and on the market and advise in various topics such as optimization, e-mobility or driving and rest periods
• As a specialist for our software solutions, you take complex trouble tickets that are passed on from our 1st & 2nd level support to you
• You will ensure the documentation of all necessary information in the JIRA ticket system, you will investigate, analyze and correct software errors and deliver independent software(-updates) or Change Requests from
• You act as a proactive interface to technical departments for the clarification of questions, feasibility and technical implementations and accompanied sales activities for targeted customer support

That's what you bring:

• You have a training as a specialist informatics;in, a study in the IT field or your skills are suitable for practical (vocational) experience
• You could already gain relevant experience in 3rd level support
• Knowledge of how to use databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL) and basic knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Interest and joy in public transport, possibly even experience in the operational process
• Communication in German and English is part of everyday life for you, ideally bringing French knowledge with you
• In addition, you are interested in experiencing the results of your work on occasional travel to our international projects live
