Your tasks:

• planning and implementation of proof-of-concepts (POCs) and Test phases with minimal impact on the daily business and Service operation
• Analysis and evaluation of economic aspects such as Reusability and efficient implementation of tools and Test methods
• Optimization and further development of processes in the field CDM operations by analyzing actual states and identification of rationalization potentials
• Developing strategies for increasing efficiency and sustainable Process improvement
• Construction, care and continuous improvement Knowledge management to targeted knowledge gained from CDM tickets for internal training, onboarding and process optimization
• Creation of documentation and guides for standardization processes and to ensure knowledge sharing
• Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams to implement Process improvements and technical solutions
• Monitoring and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs) for measurement the success of optimization measures
• Identification and implementation of new technologies Automation and efficiency enhancement in the CDM environment

Your profile:

• completed studies in the technical field (Bachelor or Master), alternatively state-tested technician
• Found experience in the analysis, design and optimization of Processes and continuous improvement (KVP, Lean) Management, Six Sigma
• Knowledge of how to use relevant tools and methods Process analysis and optimization
• Technical understanding of production processes, plants and Automation techniques
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
• Communication and team skills for cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
