The Koblenz Directorate is looking for one/one for the Bundesforst division at the Oberaula Workplace at the next possible time: Forstwirtin / Forstwirtin für die Region Schwalm-Eder-Kreis und Hersfeld-Rotenburg (w/m/d) (Deleting group 5 TV-Wald-Bund, ID: KOSB 2000 12, Stellen‐ID 1383816) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – Institution of Public Law – is the central real estate company of the federal government. The main tasks are the uniform real estate management, the real estate management and the real estate sale as well as the forest and nature protection specialist care of the property properties. Around 7,000 employees work in Germany for the BImA, distributed to the headquarters – headquartered in Bonn – and nine directorates as well as over 120 locations. Within the Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks, the Federal Forest Division is responsible for the Land Management for the Federal Forest and Open Land Areas. As a cross-sectoral service provider, the Federal Forest also acts as a specialist advisor to the competent institutions.

Qualification: Complete vocational training as a forest economist or Competences: Knowledge of occupational health and safety and occupational safety in forest work Knowledge of PEFC Certification Directive PC basic knowledge or willingness to acquire them Knowledge of how to use card material Knowledge of legal standards relevant to the field of research (e.g. Federal and Hessisches Landeswaldgesetz, Bundes- und Hessisches Landesnaturschutzgesetz) Other: Physical/health suitability Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Good opinion Ability to work independently, target-oriented and safe even with increased work volume Good communication skills Customer- / address-oriented behavior Ability to team-oriented action, critique driving licence class B and the willingness to conduct motor vehicles independently Willingness to participate in (optionally multi-day) training Willingness to override use with temporary absence from the place of residence (multi-day service trips) as well as participation in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory
