Your tasks • Support for project management in the award of construction services – support for the entire online procurement process / takeover of the function of the awarding authority (preparation and publication of notices, upload of documents, coordination of the response to tender questions, sending notifications to tenderers, download of documents) • Coordination, organisation and responsibility for the preparation and follow-up of project meetings • Support for project control by examining invoices and accounts of exporting companies • Input of data into the company's own cost control software • Support in connection with project accounting – input of data and follow-up of the workflow in the client's accounting software (e.g. SAP) • Support of the team in all organizational and administrative tasks: e.g. support of reception, coordination of the inbox and exit, welcome and hosting of guests etc. • Recording of team meetings

Your profile • Successful study or commercial training • First professional experience in a comparable position, ideally already experience in the construction and real estate industry • Position can also be occupied part-time • Positive radiation and a friendly, binding appearance • independent, reliable and structured operation • Communication talent and fun in contact with our customers and companies • High level of social competence and professional and value-assurance communication • Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily • Good knowledge in handling the MS Office package (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc.)
