You'll make a smile: Maintenance and maintenance: With your attention to detail and your craftsmanship, you perform precise work and make sure that our metal forms are ready for use at any time. This gives you a decisive contribution to our joint success Planning and coordination: You coordinate and monitor the timely implementation of the annual maintenance plan and are the first contact for our production team Repair and documentation: With patience and feeling of fingertips, you take part in the repair and maintenance of metal molds under a microscope and document everything carefully Innovation and Development: We count on your ideas and expertise in the development and production of special project forms

That's what you bring: Ideally completed training in the technical or craft sector, e.g. for precision mechanics, dental technician, metal maker/in, surgical mechanic/in or gold and silversmith/in – also cross-incomeers are welcome Very good knowledge of metal processing, especially driving, laser soldering, grinding with basic knowledge in milling Embossed craftsmanship, good fine motor skills and excellent vision High fingering and interest in working with small and precise components Self-employed, careful working with high quality standards Good knowledge of German in word and writing
