Your duties as a specialist in financial accounting:

• Conting and recording of input and output accounts (debitor and creditor accounting)
• Book and make bank statements
• Create output invoices
• Processing of open items and execution of dunning
• Creating sales tax pre-registrations
• Account management and voting
• clarification of payment or booking differences
• Create and run the number run
• Leading lists and lists (work time recording, holiday and sick lists)
• correspondence with customers and suppliers
• General administrative tasks

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training to the financial account holder (m/w/d)
• Accounting skills and numerical understanding
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge in SelectLine of advantage, but not absolutely necessary
• Self-employed, structured and careful working
• Team skills, initiative and sense of responsibility
