Personal contact to the tenant Special Representative for colleagues in the field of rental and receivable management in social matters (e.g. conducting mediation talks, dealing with dementia patients and mentally striking tenants) Accompanying tenant groups in community and neighbourhood projects Participation in the selection of applicants in special forms of residence (e.g. communal residences) With design of appointments in the field service (e.g. rental hours, events) Stabilisation and long-term evaluation of quarters by project work Participation in project concepts (e.g. #Quartiershaus Dichterviertel, Bielefelder Modell) Termination, participation and logging of meetings and quarterly projects Support in the Quartier Management Target and Budget Plan Support in negotiations and coordination of all project-related contractual relations Communication with all internal and external project participants Participation in the creation of decision texts and presentations for the Supervisory Board meetings Participation, preparation and management of talks with specialist offices, cooperation partners and social institutions Implementation of joint projects

Training in the social field with professional experience or completed training to / to the real estate businessman / woman with professional experience in the social field High commitment and initiative high customer and service orientation Working under the guidance of certain self-employment Funded user-related computer and PC skills Knowledge of the social services structure and housing promotion Knowledge of project management Knowledge of the relevant legal bases readiness to take flexible dates (including evening dates) Professional experience in the real estate industry desirable
